Hello! I'm Claire, I'm a dog owner from a family of dog owners and a complete dog lover. I have owned my own dogs for almost 11 years but have grown up with dogs in the house/family since I was 15. I have a Hungarian Vizsla called Cooper - I LOVE my boy, he is my world. He is almost 11 now and doesn't have quite as much in the tank as he used too so our long walks are less frequent, hopefully I can fill that gap with yours! He's a gentle, funny and kind boy. I'm often the go-to for family dog care at the weekends and holidays. I have also done a level 2 dog grooming course, although I don't currently pursue it as a career, it means I have worked with alot of different breeds and I have a good knowledge of dog behaviours, their requirements and care. I also have a 4 year old boy called Theo who is waiting to love your dogs (maybe too much! Ha!)

A big thank you to Claire for taking care of Louis she was amazing . Claire sent photos of Louis when out walking and relaxing in her home . I would recommend Claire and definitely use her again.
We asked Claire to look after our lively 1 year old springer spaniel Bruno for the weekend while we went away. It was a big decision and one we didn’t take lightly but we really didn’t need to worry at all! Claire was professional and knowledgeable and soon put our minds to rest. She looked after him as if he was her own and we felt comfortable and confident that he would have everything he needed! She sent updates and photos of him loving life over the weekend and it meant we could relax while we was away! 5* highly recommend, thank you! Won’t hesitate to use your services again.

I am very confident with dogs on and off the lead and most importantly you can trust that I understand how important they are to you, I would absolutely treat them as I would my own. I have a small but very cosy 2 bedroom house with a decent sized, fenced and safe garden. Your dogs would be welcome to make themselves at home here.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs I need to account for. I would obviously prefer dogs who are comfortable with children and (older) dogs in a home enviroment.
A typical day
I'll play games with your dogs, give them loads of attention, love and cuddles (or leave them to sleep if they're anything like mine!) They can have the run of the house and garden and we'll have lovely local walks. There is a large park and banks close by and if your dog doesn't mind a short car ride one of our favourite places to go is the woods.

Availability
I currently work part time and am looking to do some dog walking and/or babysitting at the weekends. I understand how hard it is to work or enjoy a day out without worrying about your dogs not getting a walk or some company, and rushing home early to be with them. It's something that I have struggled with my own dogs and I totally get it.
