I've been an animal lover my entire life. I can sense and feel their emotions more than humans. (Lol) I just love animals, they are so innocent and pure. Growing up in Japan, we had smaller dogs and cats. (and birds) I took care of our dog who had a cancer until his death at the age of 14. One of our cats who regularly had urinary tract infections lived 17 years. After coming to NYC, I became friends with many dog lovers at Central Park, Prospect Park, dog parks. I looked after their dogs while they're away.

Claire is a true dog person. She was wonderful with our dog and kept us updated with great pictures.
Claire is an exceptional sitter for my pup. My pup was stressed and Claire handled her amazingly well....although I am a bit embarrassed by my pups behavior. I send her all my best and hope she'll be available and willing my next time thru town. Hopefully Minnie Pie will have more experience as a traveler.

I live right by Prospect Park in a spacious house with unfenced backyard. My housemate who is a professional dog trainer has a well trained small dog named Butter. Butter goes to work with his owner everyday and when he's home, he stays in his room.

A typical day
I love to take dogs to Prospect Park which is just a step away from my house. Long walk along the meadows and through the woods. We can play stimulating games with toys in my spacious house.

I'm currently working part time remotely from home as an online interpreter. I'm usually available all morning and most of the late afternoons including weekends.
