Pet care experience
My partner and I are interested in pet sitting for people who are vacationing or even just need a little extra help. We are able to sit in my home overnight or just for the day. We do not use cages or crates unless requested by the owner. I have experience with all sorts of wild, farm, and domestic animals. I have been an owner of cats, dogs, birds, turtles, snakes, fish, and a bunny. I have been pet-sitting for several years, and have only had great experiences. I often bake dog treats and enjoy going on hikes with the dogs I watch.

Claire was very accommodating for our two dogs. We Have an older dog and a young dog with very different personalities. We had a meet and greet with Claire before we dropped them off. She was truly interested in their behaviors, daily schedules and personalities. Our youngest dog was homesick. Claire sent us pictures daily and kept us informed as to how the dogs were doing. She took excellent care of them while we were away. I would recommend Claire to anyone who needs to travel. I would rebook with Claire again. Thank you!!
Claire was great with Magic! She was very responsive to our inquiries on how he was doing while we were on vacation! She has a positive, cheery attitude and really understands dogs! Her home is lovely and she has a nice, large backyard for dogs to run around. We felt very comfortable leaving Magic in her care. We look forward to leaving him with her again in the future!
Claire was great with our dog! She watched her for a week at her house and always provided updates to let us know how she was doing. When our flight was delayed a couple hours Claire was super accomadating

We have a fenced in yard and take the dogs outside to play frequently. We do have an elderly dog that we keep completely separate (on a different level of the house) from the dogs we watch. We welcome dogs that don't get along with other dogs, as they will not interact at all during their stay.

A typical day
We provide lots of play in the fenced in yard, and there is a lake and nature trails near the house. Depending on your dog's needs and level of activity, we can do anything from snuggling on the couch in front of a movie to going on daily hikes!
