I have grown up with dogs as pets my whole life, and would love to have my own dog as a furry companion in a few years! I love walking and playing with my family's dog when I am back home, and I would love to have some more puppy love in my life! I am currently a graduate student at Howard University and have many breaks in my schedule where I could walk and look after dogs in the DC area. On top of my experience growing up with dogs and taking care of them, I have looked after my neighbors' dogs for the past three years as they traveled on vacation. I looked after two dogs for two separate families and was responsible for walking, feeding, and playing with them while their families were away. I also stayed in their homes with the dogs and made sure the households were maintained while the families were away as well. I would love the opportunity to make some furry friends in the DC area!
