If they need to take meds, how often, and how are they given (peanut butter, mouth, during feeding). Their temperament, are they active, chill, a mix? Size of the dog, I love all kinds of dogs, but I do get a little iffy as the dog sizes gets larger and heavier. I had a very bad experience with a dog that was not a giant dog but he did weigh more than I did. It ended up getting violent and I wasn't helped until five minutes into this situation when my coworkers noticed that I had vanished (I was in the futile position trying to protect as much of my face and hands as I could). I was not allowed to leave and ended up having a very bad panic attack. When I finally got off to go home I had several opened wounds on my back due to the dog jumping. My favorites have always been corgis, I just adore corgis and hope my first dog will be a corgi.

A dog always has its own preferences and so do owners. We will go on nice long walks if the dog or owner would prefer, and the local dog parks for a good time to play with other dogs or to the dog beach. Playing is fun and so are cuddles, belly rubs, and naps, or just needing to place a paw on the person to know they aren't alone. Adventures around Chicago and will never leave them alone if I know I can go somewhere that would allow dogs if I need something.
