Claire didn’t make an effort to do a meet-and-greet. I asked her to let me know if she could do it and she never got back to me. She was two hours late on the first day to feed our cat and late again on the third day. Communication was disappointing and it seemed she gave minimal effort. We came home to dry cat pee on the floor next to the litter box, a litter box that hadn’t been scooped, and dirty food bowls in the sink. I did not have peace of mind while out of town or feel that I was working with someone responsible or who cared about our pet.

This was the first time we have left our pups with someone besides family and we were very pleased with Claire. She sent us several pictures of our dogs while were gone and we all loved seeing them! She seemed to genuinely care about them! Yes we would recommend Claire to our family and friends!
