Pet care experience
I have always had dogs growing up and I have many years of experience walking my family's and friends' dogs for fun and to spend time with dogs. I love all animals and I especially have a fondness for dogs. Having pets of my own, I know how important it is to take good care of them and I know how much I worry about their wellbeing on a day to day basis or when I am away from home. I am very easy going and I have a lot of patience. I am also comfortable caring for dogs that need extra care (e.g. needs medicine or topical treatment). Under my care, you'll get frequent updates and have peace of mind knowing that your four legged fur child is in good hands!

At our first meeting, Claire asks lots of questions and showed us that she wanted to be fully prepared to take good care of our 2 dogs as well as our home. She's very pleasant and confident, and was great about sending texts and picture of the pups. When we arrived home, our dogs and home looked great. We will be hiring her again in the future!

Living in Belmont CA, i have had the pleasure to find Claire to be our dog sitter. She is amazing and Not only does she know about dogs, but she has a natural chemistry with them that makes you comfortable to have your pups being watched by her. Before sitting or taking a dog out for a walk, I need to know if there are any health issues or allergies I should be mindful of and if the dog needs any special medical attention. If the owner has any preferences or requests, (no walks on busy streets, avoid other dogs or young children etc.) - I also need to be made known of these.
A typical day
I normally take dogs for walks around the neighbourhood. If there are parks nearby, I will take the dog there as well. I am also a runner so if you prefer that your dog gets a good workout, I can also take them for brisk walks/jogs in nearby trails where there is less/no traffic.
