With a dog and cat of my own and frequent work trips, I understand how stressful it is to find (and trust) someone to watch your beloved pets. Look no further! I have been caring for animals all my life growing up with dogs, cats, horses (a few mice, hamster and goats thrown in). As all my clients can attest, I understand the time and attention to detail this job requires. Each pet, each home, each trip and each situation is different. But I can guarantee my quality of care will never change! As a professional inside the animal welfare community, I not only love animals, but work for them. For the past 10 years I have been working with environmental nonprofits to make this world a more humane home for all of us. That commitment to animals follows me from my office to your living room. About my home: My husband and I own our house in Quincy. The house has a considerable amount of space inside but also has a fenced-in yard in the back. As you probably have seen in my profile, we have a dog, Ruffy, who is a certified Therapy Dog and very laid back, along with a pretty cool one-eyed cat. Both the animals are very much used to new animals coming in and out of the house. We also have been blessed in 2017 with the birth of our first child. As far as your pet entering our home, I always try to schedule a meet and greet before our stay. We allow our dogs to meet at their own pace. Each situation is different. My cat and child will not interact with your animal if you request so. We want to make you as comfortable as possible when leaving your family member behind!
