Pet care experience
I have 4 years of experience working as a veterinary assistant between Camelot Court Animal Clinic, and Atchison Animal Clinic. I live in a house with two other people. We have a fenced in backyard-it is a 4-ft tall fence so I prefer to watch pets that don’t/can’t jump fences. I live with 2 other people who also love animals and we have one dog. He is a neutered male mixed breed named Koda. He is 70 lbs and he is very friendly and well-mannered with other dogs of all sizes. Claire was absolutely phenomenal taking care of my 130 lb baby boy ( a Presa Canario ). She was so kind and genuinely had affection for Zeus. She was on time, did EVERYTHING she said she would and was an absolutely amazing house & Dog sitter. My only regret in leaving her a 100% positive, unqualified GREAT review is that I anticipate needing her services frequently in the the future because I travel for work. ? I had to find someone to watch my dog while we were attending a wedding in Kansas City. I booked Claire because of location and experience with dogs. She used to work at a veterinary office, so I knew she would be a perfect fit for my dog, and I was not disappointed....Claire did an excellent job!
Claire did a great job watching Hank! Will definitely use her again if she available!
Claire was great. She had my dog Moe all week and sent me daily updates showing that he was getting plenty of exercise and love. He came home in the afternoon and slept the entire rest of the day.

A typical day
I like to go for walks with the dogs around my neighborhood and I like to go to the dog park to play fetch with them or just let them run and play with other dogs. My schedule is fairly open as I am working part-time at the moment.

Walking my own dog is a daily activity because I know the importance of exercise and mental stimulation in a dog’s well-being. I also am aware of the need for routine in a pet’s life. I aim to keep a consistent schedule for my own pet and for my clients’ pet.
