Spending time with dogs is about as good as life gets, isn't it? I've always had dogs in my life, and wouldn't have it any other way. First, I frolicked with my family dog who grew up right alongside me - we were only two months apart in age. Then in my teens, I raised a Leader Dog puppy for a year - I brought her everywhere, working on training and socialization. She then graduated from the program and went on to lead a blind woman in Mississippi. As an adult, I adopted and raised my incredible spitz mix, the love of my life and center of my world who was with me for 14 incredible years - he traveled around the country with me in my camper and was my constant companion. I have fostered numerous dogs and puppies for shelters, and helping dogs has become one of my main passions in life. Whether it be a stray or your canine family member in need of a friend while you're away, I welcome all variety of dogs into my heart with open arms. I love sharing a good walk, pet, or chat with a furry friend - I can't wait to meet yours!
