Pet care experience
I have owned, trained, and pet sit animals for the past 11 years. I personally own a very energetic Jack Russell Terrier rescue, so I know how to love and care for the animals that seem hard to handle. I've fostered and trained puppies, pet sit for antisocial cats, and walked my neighbors elderly Goldens. During the school year I'm hard at work as an educator, but I spend my summers hanging out at dog parks and enjoying the outdoors with my favorite pups.

Claire was wonderful with our lab, Tess. She clearly loves animals and our dog was so happy to be with her. She was timely, sent us update photos and kept our house spotless. Claire is definitely on our short list!

A typical day
I love to go on hikes, so high energy dogs I'm ready for you! I also love to go on neighborhood strolls with the pups that tire easily. If your dog loves their neighborhood dog park, I would be more than happy to take them there as well. I'm a big supporter of play, and love to just hang out with pets in places they are comfortable.

Availability
As an educator, I have the summer off. This means that I'm extremely flexible and can adjust my schedule to suit the needs of my clients. If your pet needs someone to be with them all day and night, I can be there! If they need to go out every two hours, or go on a 5 mile hike every day, I can accommodate.
