Pet care experience
Not only did I grow up with two cats, I have been walking dogs for my neighbors and friends for roughly 21 years, have volunteered in a cat shelter, and fostered multiple cats. I have also personally owned both a cat and am now a proud dog mom. I strive to give each animal the best care for their needs and personality and I will treat your beloved pets as if they were my own.

Claire is wonderful with Sam and Nick, our 2 indoor cats. Sweet photos and she is patient with Sam, he takes awhile to adjust to us being gone. We've had Claire watch the cats several times and always happy with the care she gives.
Claire's great wth the two cats! We've had her watch the boys several times!
Claire does a great job caring for the boys (Nick and Sam, cats). They go to her for pets. When they're in the mood to play Claire will spend time entertaining them with food toss or fleece string chase. We've had Claire care for the boys a number of times and have upcoming events scheduled.
Claire took great care of my cat and gave great updates while I was away!

Let me know if your pet has any special needs, behaviors, or allergies that I should be aware of. Please inform me if your dog is reactive to other dogs or if it's okay for them to socialize on walks. I am open to taking care of any size or breed, as long as your dog is leash trained well.
A typical day
I love to match the energy of each animal that I take care of. Does your dog love to play catch and run? Great! I'm happy to play chase or throw a ball around. Does your pet prefer slow, leisurely walks and to get lots of cuddles and pets afterwards? We can do that! I want your pet to feel comfortable and happy, so I'll give them the most personalized care that I can.

Availability
I’m working remote Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through the summer, so I’m flexible on these days. I’m in the office on Wednesdays so my schedule is pretty tight, but I can do early morning or night drop ins. I can also occasionally adjust my in-office day if necessary. I’m free any time Friday through Sunday!
