Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs… had dogs of my own and now I’m at home a lot more than I used to be I have time to welcome a dog into my home for day care or boarding. Note: I now have Woody living here… see his details on my profile. He’s a beautiful soul… a rescue dog that’s only been with me since January but is proving to be an absolute sweetheart. He’s big… think greyhound size, but is gentle and super chilled out. If your dog is intimidated by big dogs, we might not be the right fit for you!

Can't recommend Claire enough!! Our first time leaving Bugsy with someone and he was very nervous taking a long time to settle. Claire was very patient with him and kept us updated the whole time, couldn't have asked for him to be in safer hands.
Margot had a happy and very comfortable stay with Claire and Woody. She had lots of walks, treats and plenty of love - Saturday morning up on the bed, perfect chilled start to her day . Claire kept in touch, sent lots of photos and was super helpful with everything.
Claire is amazing with our dog Albie, he loves going there for a sleepover and to be spoilt. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone is looking for someone to provide excellent care for there furbabies. Thank you Claire 😊

A typical day
I go on a big lunchtime walk every day. Meanwood or Roundhay Parks are the nearest. On weekends we are out and about further afield.

Availability
I’m working from home 3 days a week. I've had a dog myself and so I completely understand the struggles of finding the right day care for your baby. It can be very stressful! I have the time and space to welcome a dog into my home for day care or occasional boarding. Obviously, we’d need to meet in advance to make sure I am the right fit for your fur baby. I have an enclosed back garden and fields and parks nearby. I can do a full one hour walk at lunchtime and a mid morning and afternoon sniffing wander. Whatever you’d dog needs basically! The sofas are available for snoozing and if they’re staying over and are used to sleeping on the bed at home, that’s also not a problem!!
