Pet care experience
I grew up on a ranch with many cats and dogs from all different backgrounds, both rescued and well trained, indoors and outdoors. These animals are not only pets but members of your family, deserving of the best possible care. Whether it's the beach, local trails, or grassy fields, I love being outdoors and having a furry friend to bring along, but I also have no problem relaxing with a home-based or anxious buddy. I have 3 years of voluntary wild animal rehabilitation experience with a local nonprofit, 2 years of lab animal husbandry experience from my college, and 10+ years of experience with cats and dogs throughout my childhood. I am very comfortable around all animals at any stage in their life. I will happily help reinforce training in younger animals and provide the most comfortable and accomodating care for your senior buddies.

A typical day
I love to exercise with dogs, especially at the beach or on hiking trails. I grew up in Santa Barbara and Carpinteria and have a lot of safe and dog-friendly parks in mind for your pup. Miramar beach, Linden field, and access to a private avocado ranch if your pup is anxious around others.

Availability
I have full-time school obligations until mid-June, but it is asynchronous and 100% online. I regularly exercise in the morning but this can be easily rescheduled to fit best with the care needed for your pet, I'd love to bring them along for a run! Not doing too much these days to be safe with COVID, despite being fully vaccinated.
