Clair was fantastic! Picked my dogs up and delivered them back to the house after we arrived home from a very long trip. The pups were tired and obviously very spoiled and well taken care of! Will definitely use Clair for all our future boarding needs.
Zerk had an amazing time at Clair's house. Her dogs were welcoming and fun loving. I certainly would use Clair again when I have business in the Charlotte area. This experience was so superior to a boarding kennel. I would never use anything but Rover.com from now on! AAA+++
Clair was so great watching our babies while we were gone. It was so nice to have someone there with them, especially during the New Year holiday when there's a lot going on and lots of noises around that the dogs may be afraid of! She ensured us multiple times that they were being taken care of and even sent us a couple of pictures. Would definitely trust her again! :)
Clair has watched our 4 dogs many times. From one night to as long as ten days. Our dogs are always well taken care of. You can tell she enjoys what she does as we get photos and email updates daily. That little touch make our travels less stressful as we think of our dogs as our children. Clair dies a wonderful job!
