Pet care experience
I had a few medium sized dogs and multiple cats all through my childhood, and am currently living with my adopted tabby cat and a 4 year old cockapoo. Through college I boarded shih tzus, rottweiler pups, raised a pug, and been roommates with an English shepherd! I’m great at respecting and adapting to the needs of the breed and personality of each pet :)

CJ has cared for my dog numerous times in the past, and has done an excellent job each time. She is a very sweet person, and has a passion for animals that you can clearly see when she is with them. CJ is a wonderful pet sitter! She has regularly watched my dog (Shakira) since she moved to Anchorage, AK. She sincerely cares for the happiness and wellbeing of pets. Shakira is clearly VERY happy whenever she sees CJ, and loves to stay with her! I feel so comfortable to leave Shakira with CJ.

Safety is a first concern for me, as a mildly chronic worrier. I am always happy to have fun with pets, as long as everyone is staying happy and healthy. Whether I would watch your pet in your home or drop by for visits, or take them on walks, I will likely ask plenty of questions to make sure we’re both comfortable with the care you will receive.

Do you or your pet have any allergies to cats? Since I’ve got a tabby attached to my hip at home, there will likely be cat hat somewhere on me when I visit. Does your dog have any other special circumstances I should be aware of? I can do my best to accommodate them safely and comfortably.
A typical day
I love to play fetch and tag, so if your pet likes games we’ll get along! My favorite thing is teasing a playful dog or cat into the zoomies, so you can expect a tired out, happy pet when you get home.

As a recent college grad and newly moved home to Texas, I have loads of availability to help you with your furry family. I am currently working remotely, so I’ve got free time on weekdays during work hours, late evenings, and weekends!
