About Argos

Playful boy! Has graduated AKC Star Puppy and is a licensed therapy dog. Loves people and dogs and cats! Very outgoing personality. Loves to jump right in the water (including mud puddles). Will pick up sticks and carry them around on walks, likes to go for the biggest one possible. He loves to play tug-of-war and fetch! His favorite snacks are sticks and chicken chips! Very sweet and well-trained, but will try to "test" newer people. As soon as you put your foot down, that stops immediately. Has all vaccines!

About Harper

Harper is a rescue and is terrified of men. She will eventually come up to them after a few hours but is very leery at first. Don't put your hand out, she appears to associate that with hitting. Just let her come to you. She's good around women and kids. She will warm up to men, they just have to let her come to them. We are getting her used to the car. She will get in but is obviously nervous inside it.

Harper is an abuse rescue. If you are asleep, she is too afraid to wake you up and let you know she needs to go out. We are working on it but it's taking time. I have puppy pads that I can bring.
  • Gets along with children: Yes
She does not like kids crawling all over her and tends to shy away from especially rambunctious children but does not get aggressive.
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
  • Gets along with cats: Maybe
I don't know if Harper gets along with cats. I've not seen her around them yet.
