Upon interviewing CJ and doing a meet and greet she answered questions, asked questions and we came up with a fairly flexible schedule we both agreed to. CJ did not attend to my home or dogs as we had discussed and among many other issues, left the house without cleaning up after herself, Not honoring the schedule she agreed to and more importantly admitting through text messages that she brought at least one other person into our hone and diesel grain alcohol when we specifically told her not to drink or have parties while she was house sitting were the biggest problems we had with this stay. She denies drinking our alcohol as well, because she said that they had their own supply, but the amount vodka we had in the home when we left compared to when we came home was greatly diminished. So I can’t say for sure what happens to it, but can speculate considering almost four containers of OJ from our refrigerator were consumed during her stay (she left all the trash so it was easy to see this had occurred.) We have exterior security cameras and were able to discuss the dogs schedule with her while we were gone but it wasn’t until the end of the stay that I told her that we knew through the security videos what was actually occurring vs what she was texting us that she became more attentive to the dogs needs. Before this on several occasions she would allow them outside for 2 minutes before leaving them for the day. I have never left a bad rover review and really thought about not reviewing her, but it’s hard to leave your home and pets with someone but when it turns into the house sitter not honoring the agreement made it makes for a stressful vacation and I wouldn’t want that to happen to someone else.

Cj has been great with our puppy! Reliable, on time, and attentive. We’ve booked daily repeating visits. And would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
