First and foremost, I felt my dog was in a safe and caring environment. This was the first time, other than at my go to kennel, that I have left Snow at a Rover provider with multiple boarding/day care dogs. My only negative comment is that a daily status with a photo would have been a nice add-on. Cinnamon fid quickly update me following my text request. Snow was her usual bouncy self when I picked her up but, unfortunately, she starting having episodes of diarrhea upon returning home. This is the first time this has ever happened. I contacted Cinnamon who told me she gad not had any problems during her stay and had not gotten into anything, as far as she was aware. The Vet, thru a stool sample, diagnosed a non-parasitic bacterial infection. In general, I was happy with the care but I will only be using single dog Rover providers in the future when not using the kennel.
