TL;DR: Book with Cindy and Harneel. You won’t regret it. First, Cindy’s communication exceeded expectations. She made herself available at all hours! I messaged her at 1am, she answered. I messaged her at 8am, she answered! Drop off was smooth. I was an hour late from my drop off time and communicated that and she was so understanding. Cindy and Harneel welcomed my 4 month old puppy with open arms! Immediately, their positive energy left me feeling so comfortable leaving my puppy with them for his first time boarding. You can tell they’re truly passionate about the service they provide! Cindy continued to give me updates and pictures without even asking for either! It was such a lovely surprise to see my little puppy socializing with her doggies and receive an update on how he’s doing. I was busy and unfortunately was not as responsive as I would like but Cindy did not mind that at all! In about 9 hours, she sent me 2 updates (10 photos each time!!!) The plan was to leave my puppy with them overnight and pickup in the morning though plans changed and was able to pick up in the evening. I messaged her and she was so accommodating and allowed my to swing by almost immediately! I cannot be more happy with my first Rover experience. I will absolutely be booking with Cindy and Harneel again!
