Pet care experience
Hi, Thank you for checking my profile! My name is Cindy. I have been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, horses, and can honestly say I love them all! I am a stay at home mom of 2. I have an 11 year old and a 2 year old. I can usually accommodate last minute booking requests. I am currently only boarding smaller dogs in my home due to my own 2 dogs being afraid of larger dogs. I prefer if your pet is under 25 pounds unless overweight. If slightly more, just ask! I left my full time job as a nurse to be a stay at home mom and follow my true passion working with dogs.
Reviews
Excellent experience with Cindy. My dog looked so happy. Highly recommended!!
Cindy was great with my pup. He’s currently knocked out from playing all day. I will definitely be booking her again.
Cindy was fantastic with our puppy. She kept us informed every day, sent us pictures, and our dog came back home super happy.
Cindy takes great care of our pups when they stay with her. She is very communicative and caring. She obviously is great with animals.

Safety: I have a huge fenced in back yard, storm doors, and a baby gate to block escapes through the front door. I stay outside with your pet and actively play with them while outside. I have security cameras outdoors at the gate as well as indoors to monitor pets if I go on an errand. I take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety. I don’t crate unless you specify you crate them. I keep a baby gate in the kitchen, and they are kept there if I step out for a short period. You can rest assured and enjoy your trip while your precious furry family members are with me. I will provide photo updates daily. Environment: I have 2 childen, a 11 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. My 2 year old is very gentle with pets. I supervise closely, don’t allow her to corner, get in their faces, pull ears, or tails. I have 2 dogs. Flower is a Jack Russell. She will help to tire out your dog if they like to run and play! If not, she will leave them alone. Bogey is a havanese. He is pretty laid back.

A typical day
My day with your pet: My first goal when you drop off your pet is to gain trust and make them feel comfortable in my home. I understand being away from home and with new people, pets and smells can be stressful, I work to introduce them slowly, when needed to explore and smell. Once they are calm, I introduce or reintroduce them to my dogs in the back yard or take them on a walk and let them play. Tired dogs are happy dogs! Then I bring them in and pet, play and love on them to make them feel at home. If your pet is especially anxious, I let them get used to me slowly on their time and never force interactions. I am always there for your pet except for short errands. They are never left unsupervised while outdoors. I keep all dogs separate during feeding and when giving treats.

How I will care for your fur babies: As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. Watching your babies as well as my children is my only job, and my passion. I believe that pets are family. I treat your fur babies like I would treat my own. They get tons of play time, cuddles, love, attention, and outdoor playtime. They are allowed on the furniture to snuggle with me, and sleep in the bed with me, unless you specify they are not allowed on furniture or to crate them at night. I follow any specific schedules, routines, or training they may have. I am a nurse and I am experienced in administering people and pet medications. I will make sure your pets receive the care they need to stay healthy and happy. I feed all pets separately. I am inside and outside all day with my toddler and own 2 dogs. If your pup likes to be outdoors they can come in and out too. They love to chase each other and toys in my large fenced in back yard and then come back in for cuddles.
