I’m Cindy, a foster mom for Korean K9 dog rescue who is taking a break from pup fostering and would love to spend my free time walking or sitting your pup! I love dogs and am a true believer that this is their world and we’re just living in it! Prior to moving back to the Big City, I was a dog walker at the Stray Rescue of St. Louis in St Louis. MO. I can provide long and exercise-packed walks, playing, bathing, and feeding. I also have experience housebreaking and basic training. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! Aside from fostering and volunteering at rescues, I have been dogsitting many of my friends' and families' dogs as well.

Cindy was a wonderful caretaker for Carter. She made sure we felt comfortable letting him stay with others while we were on vacation. She proactively sent pictures, videos, and text updates to put as at ease. Carter was in great hands!
We love Cindy! She’s so friendly, attentive and communicative. This is our second time using her to watch out fur baby and it’s gone great. Will definitely continue using her for doggy sitting and recommend her greatly!
I have a very shy and scared mini dachshund. She takes time do warm up to strangers and needs someone with patience, experience with dogs and a calm temperament to help her out. Cindy has all those qualities and more. She helped my dog settled down quickly. Kept me informed with photos and videos and was even able to take her for a walk with no issues. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby with her.

I like to stay active and will ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise (if that is part of his/her daily routine). Our walks will usually consist of a walk at the scenic Hunter Point South - Gantry park along the water. If you prefer the dog park, we can go there too! There are three dog parks in the area. I will make sure your dog gets the exercise and potty breaks he/she needs in a safe and dog-friendly environment.

Please let me know what a typical day for your dog is like so I can ensure we stay consistent with their usual environment, routine and schedule. I have plenty of toys but to make sure they don't miss you too much please bring their: -Favorite toy -Leash -Food/Snacks -Medication - Paw balm (Not required but highly suggested to keep your pups paws moisturized during the winter season) -Bowl (optional - I can provide) -Bed (optional - I can provide) Let me know if your dogs have specific needs in advance so I can make the appropriate accommodations. This can include medical needs, health concerns, behavioral habits or simply, preferences (ex. my pup does not like to socialize with other dogs during walks)!
A typical day
We will take plenty of walks and stay active. If your dog prefers to socialize, we can always make stops at the dog parks. I'll also be mindful of when they need rest or get tired.

Since I am working from home, I have a flexible schedule and can provide 2-4 walks a day and also plenty of playtime! I also am aware of when they need downtime and will give them the privacy they need to not be overwhelmed. Additionally, I can provide crating per your instructions.
