We came from NJ and had our high maintenance border collie Bear stay with them for 5 days. You could tell right away that they had the house ready for Bear and were accustom to full energy dogs like ours! They sent lots of videos and pictures of Bear playing frisbee and soccer in the backyard as well as morning and night time walks. They did everything they could to help our cold-weather guy beat the heat! It was so comforting knowing we didn’t have to worry about Bear in the back of our mind the whole trip. The communication was the best I’ve ever had with a Rover. Also great that they currently work from home. He was well taken care of in every way! Thank you!

Cindy and Francisco were great! They were always quick to respond. I was visiting universal studios with my family and needed a early drop off and a late pick up for the dog day care. I had a hotel that was pet friendly so I did not need to board. They had no issue with the early drop off or late pick up. They told me to stay at the park as long as I liked and to not rush, but to just enjoy my time. They were extremely friendly and willing to make my time as stress free as possible. I would totally board with them again if I needed and I would recommend. Their residence was very clean and orderly, they also made my dog feel at home by allowing him on the furniture. My dog had a great time there with them and their son!
