Pet care experience
I am a pet lover, especially dogs. It started as a little girl when my mom brought home a German Shepard/Golden/Newfie mix. I have been pet/house-sitting since my late teens for additional income. I currently work in an office, M-F, so if dogs have social anxiety or can not make it 5 hours without a potty break, I may not be the best fit. I have experience giving medicine, and working with young animals, and senior animals. Overall I love animals, the more personality, the better. I'm comfortable with large dogs and small dogs, as I have owned and sat for both. (Cats, birds, horses, etc, too). If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am happy to speak/ text at any time. Your pet's care is important, and you should feel comfortable with whom you pick to watch over them, while you are away.

Cindy was fantastic with our Samoyed! He’s a stubborn dog and she handled him with great skill.
She took care of our high maintainence Samoyed and did a great job. He was happy and healthy when we arrived from our trip.
Cindy was incredible watching our dog while we were away for a weekend, providing updates and photos along the way to give us peace of mind. She was also incredibly respectful of our home and we would absolutely work with her again.

Sticking with your pet’s known routine is the best way to keep them safe. There is a lot of stress with their pet parent leaving, so keeping up their routine helps keep them from additional stress and change.

Their energy level, any type of needs they may have, fears (IE Car alarms, fireworks, other dogs, etc). Comfort level with strangers, separation anxiety level, and favorite treat. No breed preference, all dogs are adorable.
A typical day
It depends on the area, and the comfort level of the dog. Walking around the block is a must, if there is a park, we will spend some time there as well.
