The Mother of All Things Canine

Pet care experience

Howdy! My name is Cim, pronounced like "sim". I am a former experienced shelter volunteer and current safety professional working in Boston M-F and living on the South Shore. In addition to being human CPR/First Aid certified, I have also been animal CPR and first aid trained. With my past experience working in a shelter with both cats and dogs of all different personality types and sizes, I am confident in the handling, care and socialization of whatever comes across my path! My current safety profession has blessed/cursed me with being able to identify even the smallest kind safety hazard in any environment. I live my personal and professional life with a keen sense of situational awareness. I have a soft spot for animals with special needs after my experience working as a volunteer at a shelter in the Northshore. Having studied plastics engineering in college, one of my life goals is to have a non-profit animal prosthetics company to help out local disabled animals in need. My puppy-mill rescue Chihuahua, Tubby, was born with some common overbreeding health defects. Since our first meeting, I've had to put special care and attention to make sure his life is as pain-free and happy as he deserves. I'm comfortable with administering any kinds of injections or medications as needed for your pets. My goal on Rover is to build lifelong memories and friendships with your pets and provide you a service that every pet owner deserves. I'm excited to hear from you and your love bugs! AVAILABILITY Walks/drop-ins: Every weekday, M-F after 4pm Every weekend Sat-Sun 24/7 Weekend Day Care

Cim is an incredibly qualified individual who has taken care of my cat more than once. Always communicative about how he’s doing, I trust that Cim will give him what he needs while I’m away, and then some. I look forward to the next time I can have Cim watch my cat as I know he’ll be in good hands

Looking forward to working with Cim again. My cat adored her, and she sent a video and photos. A very knowledgeable human!

Cim was amazing with my stressed out and noncompliant cat, medicated her, sent me detailed updates and many pictures, and left the house clean. I’m truly amazed that my cat came out to Cim and asked for treats after only three days of home visits (normally she’s very unhappy about anybody coming to the house when I’m not there so she just hides on the corners). I would 100% recommend Cim to my friends

A typical day

Aside from my fenced in backyard, I live across the street from a large grassy park that we can walk around. I also live right by the ocean, so beachfront walks are also in play! I'm within short driving distance to a bunch of dog-friendly parks and hiking trails like World's End and Wompatuck State Park. If you have any suggestions or favorites feel free let me know~
