Cid exceeded our expectation and went above and beyond to ensure us that Hades was in the best of care. He continuously updated us with pictures and videos of Hades throughout his stay and we were able to have a great vacation with our out of state family without the worry of our beloved pet, knowing that he was in the best of care.
