Pet care experience
I have many years of experience working in veterinary clinics as a vet tech and am an aspiring veterinarian. Through school and work experience, I can confidently apply my skills and knowledge about animal husbandry, general care, dog and cat CPR, etc while watching your pets. I have found my veterinary experience to come in handy while pet sitting quite frequently. I have also been a pet owner my entire life and am passionate about caring for animals. Working with animals is one of the most rewarding things I've had the privilege of doing. Your peace of mind is a priority along with providing the best care possible to your fur babies! I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your four legged companions!

Ciara is very responsible and shows a genuine, caring heart toward all fur babies. Over many vacations she has treated my dogs with the utmost love and affection. Both of my girls are excited whenever she arrives at the house. Ciara is great with communication and is always available to answer questions and welfare checkups as I like to hear how my girls are doing. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing a pet caregiver, she is very educated and well rounded with every animal species. It is apparent that her work as a Veterinary Technician carries over to her pet sitting.
I am super picky when it comes to choosing someone to care for my 2 dogs. Ciara is simply the BEST! She is incredibly reliable, responsible, and loving towards my "kids." They in turn adore her! It also gives me enormous piece of mind knowing she is capable of handling unexpected problems with her vast experience working as a vet tech.

Prior to watching any animal, I make sure to go over their feeding schedule, any supplements or medications that need to be administered, emergency contact information, veterinary care information, and any other important info about them (i.e. temperament, any vices, etc).
A typical day
I like to cater to each pet's individual needs based on the owner's preference. Playing fetch in the backyard, going for a walk, or giving some quality TLC to pets missing their owners are all a part of my objective as a pet sitter!
