Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Ciara. Animals have always been a significant part of my life, and caring for them comes second nature to me. Currently, I work at a grooming salon and pet boarding facility part time, and have plenty of off time to be able to take care of your pets needs as well. I have my certification in Canine Training and Behavior from ABI, which taught me so many great things that I still implement today with my dogs. I am a proud owner of 2 very handsome and sweet mixed breed dogs:) Besides being a pet owner, I have worked as a kennel technician, and volunteer at a local animal shelter. Ive worked with all kinds of different dogs, breeds, and temperaments. I can aknowledge most behavioral issues and am particularly good at dealing with dogs that have separation anxiety, as well as different types of aggression and aggressive behaviors. I have also been trained for canine and feline CPR. Whatever your pet needs are, I can ensure that your furry loved ones will be given lots of love and attention while in my care!!:) I am currently working part time, so I will have plenty of free time to do drop in visits, walks, or pet sitting in your home. I follow you’re instructions exactly on how you would like for me to care for your pet and am very diligent about making sure your pet is comfortable and happy

Ciara went above and beyond for my babies. I have two (very different breed dogs) that require a lot of extra care and attention. These little spitfires are 3 days apart and just a year old. My smaller dog has severe separation anxiety (to the point of self harm) and this was my first time leaving her. Needless to say, I was VERY hesitant to leave her. A family emergency occurred and I had no choice but to turn to someone else overnight. This night just so happened to fall on my puppies birthday night which I briefly mentioned to Ciara along with explaining my deep connection to my dogs. She is hands down an angel. She not only sent me constant updates but completely shocked me and went WAY above and beyond. She threw my dogs an adorable surprise birthday party! To say I strongly recommend Ciara is an understatement. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
So happy we decided to try this site! Destination wedding, far from home and our very spoiled furry children. Ciara was able to sit with our dogs in the RV during our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and for the wedding the next day! No barking dog calls and once less stress! I have already spread the word Rover .com is wonderful! Oh, Ciara is a gem... Very gentle, soft spoken and calm natured. The dogs loved her, were sad when she left...me too! I would not hesitate to contact Ciara or Rover.com again!
Ciara watched my pup for the weekend and I must say, she was outstanding. Maggie loved her stay at Ciara's home! I'm just happy to have such a relaxed and reliable sitter for my love.
After taking the time to find the ideal sitter that would be Best for my dog carter as well as my work schedule, I came across Ciara's profile and decided to see if it was a good fit. A typical day
I love to go for walks and being outside. Spokane has so many beautiful walking and hiking trails, the options are endless! I love being able to provide enrichment and stimulation for the dogs while they are in my care. That may look like a nice walk outside, playing fetch, hiding treats around the yard for your pet to sniff out, and really whatever you would like!
