Pet care experience
Born and raised on dairy farm, grew up with collies, labs, and mixes breeds. All were great companions, and part of the family. 40 years as a High school teacher and coach, has helped me with training and caring for animals. I'm a retired teacher, I golf mon.-wed.-fri. and have the weekends and tue.-thur. open to care for dogs....I take my Lab out in the morning and evening to the park for play time...then back our pool... Back yard in fenced, I have a kennel, if needed. Trips to the park in our neighborhood, for play time. If clients dogs are house trained, they are allowed in my home we have doggy beds for naps....

Chuck took great care of our dog while we were out of town. He took him on frequent walks and shared videos of their adventures throughout the entire time. His dog Sunny was also a fantastic influence on our dog and played great with him. Thanks Coach!
Chuck was very accommodating with our last minute request. Leo enjoyed his stay, would leave him again for sure when needed.
Once again, Chuck provided an excellent home for our dog while we travelled overseas. It is hard for me to leave my dog while we travel and Chuck made it so easy! He provided videos and updates and was so accommodating and easy to coordinate with. What a wonderful gentleman to have met- thank you Chuck!

My backyard is fenced and has a pool for the pups to cool down in. There are covered areas in the back for shade and places to lay. Dogs are welcome in my house and have an even cooler place to relax. A portable kennel is in the patio.

The dog's social skills, does he/she play well with others, are they aggressive alpha males. Medications, with instructions. Will owner bring specific food, or use My dog chow. Do the dogs have current vaccinations.
A typical day
We go to the park, in the morning and late afternoon, play fetch....if client is OK with having you dog off of leash for a short period of time. Some dogs may enjoy playing in my pool. Chew toys and snacks mid morning, and early afternoon.

Work from home and have availability more often than not. Walk every morning & evening with my pup and would love to have company with my dog Sunny.
