I am so pleased that I chose Chrystal to care for our dog, Otis, when we went on vacation. My husband and I don't have any family who lives locally and we were very nervous about leaving Otis with someone new, as he has moderate anxiety when he encounters new people and situations. As soon as we met Chrystal I knew that everything would be fine; he bounded up to her joyfully and was very relaxed in her home. Her son was also very gentle with Otis, and I think his presence helped Otis relax as we have a 10 year-old, 7 year-old, and 1 year-old at home that he is very close with. She sent me almost daily pictures and updates about how Otis was doing, which helped me to calm down and enjoy my vacation without worrying about how he was adjusting. Chrystal was super patient, calm, and gentle with him, and I will definitely book with her again. I was completely confident that he was receiving the best care and attention while we were gone.
