Concerns we never were invited in to house to see where my dogs slept or stayed. Drop off we were met in driveway. No communication. I texted twice of 4 days asking “how are boys doing?” All the response was “great”. No pictures of walking or playing or etc. I didn’t necessarily need pics but seems concerning no idea how my dogs spent the 4 days. At pick up we were again met in driveway that was wet and muddy. So mud all over dogs and car seats. Seemed concerning again we weren’t invited in. My boys and their blankets smelled like pee. Possibly been kenneled all 4 days. Very upset!! One has diarrhea for last 24 hours. I selected because of amount of reviews (612). The lack of communication just didn’t seem consistent with that service.

Our 2nd time having Christy & Lane watch our dogs and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are great!
