My girlfriend and I are in our mid twenties living in the south loop and although we do not have a dog of our own we love them and take any opportunity we can to spend time with them. Over the last couple of years we have fostered a dog and frequently watch friends' while they're out of town. While dog sitting we go on walks, to dog parks, to the beach, and watch movies with them on the couch at night. We love all dogs but are especially fond of short haired dogs such as Pitbulls, Pugs, Bulldogs, etc. I believe growing up with a family that consistently rescues dogs gave me the insight into what a dog needs to be happy and comfortable and makes me a perfect fit to watch any dog big or small.
