Hello all! My name is Christopher Parker and I LOVE dogs! I also am the ONLY person on Rover who lives in Hyde Park. This is important to note because it means that I'm the only true local to the Hyde Park community, also including Oakley, Norwood, Pleasant Ridge and all others! By hiring me you also get the peace of mind that I will show up on time, that your dog will be safe because I know the area, and that I am a responsible caregiver to your furry friend. I've always had dogs around me and isn't there something about a dog in one's life that just makes life more fun? I love being around the different breeds and various personalities and am committed to providing the best loving care your dog can have! Since leaving an active, high profile career including traveling out of state a lot of the time, I absolutely understand what leaving your dog in a stranger's hands can feel like! Due to this, I'm extremely in-tune and qualified to give your dog the care you would provide! I feel it's also important to note that I hold certifications from IAABC as a canine behaviorist, which means I deal exceptionally well with dogs who may not initially be engaging to a strange person in their home. I also am qualified to deal with many issues that may arise in your absence such as separation anxiety, stress, aggression, depression and many other unforeseen behaviors your dog may not normally exhibit when you're around.
