Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life, so I know what it is like to worry when you have to leave them. I was lucky enough to be born into a house that had a beagle, and she became my first best friend. Since Brandy, my family has had 2 more beagles. When I was growing up, I took care of our neighbors' pets when they went on vacation. After moving away to go to college, I had two cats, Boots and Mittens, who have taught me cats are great too! I love all dogs and cats and treat them as if they are my own. I started out sitting on Rover in 2014 with my partner at the time, but have since started my own profile. You can always expect me to send updates when I arrive and leave, including every item you have requested being completed with photos. My goal is to make your pet feel like their best friend is still home to take care of them. I currently work remotely, so I'm available to house sit if you are out of town and need someone to take care of your furry family members.

Chris went above and beyond his responsibilities with when our dog unexpectedly got sick. He unfortunately had to handle many episodes of that all with a positive spirit. he sent pictures throughout and was communicative. Highly recommended!
I came home to two very happy and content dogs thanks to Chris. To me this is the epitome of an excellent sitter.
Christopher was awesome and helped us out when we had a last minute request. One of our dogs can be difficult but Christopher is always able to handle him. Great communication and service as always.
Cannot overstate how well Chris's dog-sitting went for us. We were gone a week, he sent photos & updates every day. It was such a relief to have him stay at our home with our easily stressed dog. Was worried about her not eating but that wasnt a problem he fed and walked her per instructions i left and completely put us at ease. He is a wonderful resource, I would use his services again -- at twice the cost!

I love going on runs if your pup is up for it, but also know smaller pups and senior dogs are usually up for long (or short) walks. Let me know if your dog likes dog parks or if they prefer one-on-one time.
