Hey there, My main experience with animals comes from co-raising my old roommates' puppy and kitten. I lived with them for two years and still routinely pet-sit and walk the dog whenever I'm free to do so. I genuinely enjoy animals, and I usually gravitate towards animals whenever I'm invited over to another person's home. However, I understand that animals have different personalities and so I always make sure to learn about the animal from the owner before introducing myself. I'm a gentle guy that loves to interact and play with pets, but I'm also experienced at living with energetic animals and so I know not to encourage or reinforce bad behavior. To add to this, I understand that everybody has a different way of raising their pets, and of course I'll always abide by the rules and philosophies of the owner and never impose my own. I can do visits, walks, overnight stays, and can customize my services to match your needs. For example, if you have an energetic dog that needs to get some energy out, I don't mind taking them for a run if they are trained and trusting enough to do so. Having helped raise an Australian Cattle Dog (Heeler), I know that certain breeds feel more fulfilled and are better behaved when they get a good amount of exercise.
