Pet care experience
I'm the one who always hears "That's weird, (pet name) usually never gives kisses or likes belly rubs from people they don't know. Animals have always been drawn to me, pretty sure my non-aggressive and empathetic nature gives me in. With friends/family, I'm the one every calls when they need their animals taken care of. I've stayed with pets for extended vacations and overnight. My one friend has 5 dogs and 3 cats, taking care of that zoo was never a dull moment lol.

Imagine that the pet sitter you have grown reliant on over time suddenly becomes unavailable. Your trip is the following week and you don't have a lot of options. Do I cancel everything or try something new? This is what brought me to Rover. I held a lot of anxiety at first...I have never used this service before and it takes time to develop trust in someone to take care of your beloved pet. We decided to make the leap and found ourselves with Christopher and we couldn't be happier. Christopher took the time to make us feel comfortable and took a keen interest in our pet's needs. His easygoing manner and attention to the details made us feel secure that he took this responsibility seriously. This was followed up with daily journals of his visit that included pictures providing reassurances that all was well while we were gone. I highly recommend Christopher and we will certainly be using him again when we need a pet sitter.
When it comes to exceptional care, Chris is my go to. Not only is he affectionate and loving with my cats, but he treats them as if they were his own. He makes sure the litter boxes are clean. Makes sure the cats have fresh water. And makes sure the cats feel safe and loved while I need to go somewhere. He also likes to pamper them from time to time with treats and catnip. My cats are my babies, and I trust him to give excellent care. He always exceeds my expectations when it comes to having the cats feel at home.

I would obviously wanna know any health issues or medication needs. Also how well they interact with other animals so I know to avoid busy spots. Anything "not" to do, is a great help.
A typical day
I'm pretty good at picking up one what makes a dog tick. Shows what their interests are as in playing ball, lover of water, or just wanting to lay down for pets. I base everything off of this initial reaction and what I think along with an owners knowledge of how to go about caring for your furry friend. Dog parks, regular parks with trails and creeks, car rides.

Currently not working, so I'm available any day and any time. Nights and weekends are not an issue especially if an extended stay is needed.
