Pet care experience
I’ve learned about pets from a young age, taking care of my adult sister’s dogs and my neighbors cats and fell in love with these furry friends. I was never lucky enough to have pets in my childhood home but have welcomed them with open arms into my adult home. I have two kittens I adopted on my own, and my partner has a dog so our house is very active and friendly. Caring for all these animals and learning from caring for my friends and neighbors pets has giving me a lot of experience with checking their food, walking, cleaning up after them, and making sure any other needs are met.

Christopher has been walking our dog three days a week during the school year. He has been so reliable and flexible. It has been a pleasure working with him. Hoping to get him back on board in the fall.
We have been very pleased with Christopher. He is very reliable and communicative. He makes an effort to take our dog Pip on his favorite waking trails to keep him happy and always follows up with pictures and a report on the walk.
Christopher was fantastic with Scout! Our dog can be handful (he is a border terrier and tends to be stubborn) but he took to Chris right away. Chris stayed at our house for the week with Scout and was the perfect houseguest. When we got back the house was clean, dog was very happy, and we were satisfied customers. Would def use again and highly recommended.

When caring for your pets I want them to feel safe when I’m there and after I leave. I know from experience how hard it can be on them to have new people handling their needs. I will do my best to not make them feel like I’m invading their space while I feed, walk and care for them.

Information that helps me would be stuff like how socialized they are, what their energy levels are like, and where they like to go on their walks. Everyone's dog is different and I want to be able to accommodate your pet in the best way possible.
A typical day
I love exploring your neighborhood with your dogs. I think it is important for dogs to feel comfortable in the space that they go around, and I want them to have the time and safety to enjoy all the smells and places around their area. If your dog is high energy, I can help get that energy out on longer and/or faster paced walks.

Currently weekdays are the best for me. There will be weekends that I am available either all or part of and I plan to make them clearly available as soon as possible. I am still a student so my schedule is more flexible, and I plan to make my schedule as clear as possible on my profile.
