I believe we should do our very best by our very best friends. To me, that doesn't mean just petting and feeding them—that means running with them, playing with them, talking to them, teaching them, and sharing with them the adventures of life. I'm Rovering for community involvement, the pleasure of hanging with other pups and cats, and to network for when my husband and I need the favor returned. And we have one of our own! Pilgrim is a handsome 3-year-old husky-greyhound mix who was rescued from a shelter in Chicago. His favorite activities are running, playing, snoozing, and being near mom and dad. He's very socialized, gentle, responsive, and trained, making him a great influence to his canine buddies. He's known to make lasting friendships, so repeat guests would be welcomed!

Christine took great care of my energetic puppy! My girl Charlie had so much fun that she didn't want to leave when I came to pick her up! I wanted a day care with other dogs for my pup to play with and get all her puppy energy out with, but with more consistency than a drop in facility. Charlie played all day with Christine's dog Pilgrim and she left day care tired and happy! It's stressful to leave your dog with someone new and Christine immediately put me at ease, and I could tell from pick up that they really bonded. Thanks Christine!!
Very wonderful experience overall. We have just a little puppy, so it was kind of scary to let a "stranger" watch him for the first time. Even just from when I dropped him off it was obvious that Christine really loves dogs. She asked great questions to make sure she knew how we have him trained and wanted to help continue that training so he didn't learn bad habits while away from home. She sent me periodic "pupdates" throughout the day with photos/video, which was GREATLY appreciated. When I picked him, she gave me a quick run down of how everything went during the day and was very thorough. Both her and her husband were super friendly and both obviously love dogs, which is a huge bonus. Overall, I would totally use Christine again to watch our dog, and I would recommend her to anyone as well!!
I have known Christine since childhood and she has always been an animal lover. Christine is full of energy, loyal, conscientious,loving and responsible. I definitely recommend her for any of your pet care needs !!!
