I have babysat newborn puppies, cared for 4 dogs of my own, and been surrounded in a dog culture/family since I was a baby. I am a dog enthusiast and I am very patient with animals. I miss my border terrier back in Philadelphia and would love to have a temporary furry friend in NYC. I love to go on long walks and need an excuse to get out and move about. I am eager to help and responsible and experienced in caring for dogs.

My pug Hazel had SO much fun with Christine over the weekend. She took her to the beach & sent lots of photos & videos while I was away. Like most dog moms, I am super particular about who I leave Hazel with & within minutes of meeting Christine I knew she was the perfect choice. She is clearly a true dog lover, flexible with drop off/pickup times & was very communicative. Hazel was happier than ever after a weekend of fun & gave Christine lots of love when it was time to say goodbye. 10/10 would recommend!
Christina was wonderful with Moony! She was a life saver and watched him for me last minute when I needed a few hours to grab dinner with a friend. She sent a lot of photos and videos, which I appreciated so much. Thank you Christina!!
Christine was amazing! She sent regular updates and was very patient with my dogs separation anxiety. I could tell she cared for her as much as I would. I never had to worry and hope to have Christine watch my dog again the future!
I had a good feeling about Christine as soon as I met her and I’m happy to say I was right. She’s a good communicator and very loving with Louie. He enjoyed playing fetch in her yard and the big house to roam in. She understands dog behaviour and Louie really likes her so we’ll definitely see her again!

I have a spacious apartment with two floors for your dog to spread out and explore. I also have a safe neighborhood with sidewalks for walking your dog at night and in the morning.

Information Christine S. would like to know about your pet
No breed preferences, would like to know if the dogs are slow and need frequent stopping. I do not mind if the dog wants to sleep in the bed with me however if they are trained to sleep on floor that works as well!
A typical day
I can take dogs on walks to the park, around the neighborhood, or whatever their favorite spots are. I can go to dog parks and let them shake off some energy for an hour or two.
