Growing up on a farm in Georgia, I gained a lot of experience helping raise dogs and being around all sorts of animals. When I was ten my first dog I owned was hit by a car. With a small expectancy to live, I worked tirelessly to reteach him how to run, eat and enjoy life over the next couple of months! Since an early age my love for animals has driven my life. I always knew that I wanted to work with people and animals in the future. I am working towards my masters in Occupational Therapy so I can work with horses and dogs in a therapudic setting, hippotherapy and animal-assisted therapy. I promise I can provide a personal and compassionate approach with your animals! I grew up with english setters, a rat terrier, other just as lovable "mutts" and an array of different animals. I am happy to assist with house sitting as well if that is preferable! I do not mind driving longer distances to dogsit. I have also had experience sitting for chickens, birds, cats, horses, goats etc. in settings that required different types of administrations of medications. My rates are higher than others because I only accept jobs where I can give your pets the attention they need!
