Hi, my name is Christine and I absolutely love animals. I became a dog trainer about a year ago and have worked with all breeds both small and large. I currently live in an apartment in Spring Lake and live within walking distance to a dog park. The dog park has a large fenced in area with a separate section for dogs who may be new to the park or don't play nice with other dogs. My apartment is about 1200 sq. ft. My fiance, Michael, lives here with me as well. We currently own 2 dogs and 1 cat and tons of fish. My 2 dogs are Maverick (1 year 4 month) and Kalei (3 months), and my cat is Teagan (8 months). Maverick and Teagan are both rescues. We got Maverick from a breeder who turned out to be running a puppy mill. He was a little 4 week old German Shepherd/Husky mix who was very sick. After a few rounds of medicine, all the sickness cleared up and he is a happy, healthy, playful, well-socialized dog. Teagan was a rescue from Pound Buddies. She came to us at 4 months old and has been a wonderful addition to this family. She tolerates dogs/puppies of all ages and sizes. Her favorite thing to do is sleep. Last but not least, Kalei. We got Kalei from a guy in Michigan whose older dogs had an unexpected litter of pups. Kalei is a Golden Retriever/Black Lab mix. She is very energetic and loves to play fetch! Both Maverick and Teagan are fixed. Kalei is not, but will be getting fixed withing the next month. If you choose to allow me to take care of your animals, I can provide in-home care, walks, training, medicine, daily check ins, and most anything else you might need. I do work about 15 hours a week ranging in 5 hour shifts 3 times a week. That schedule is pretty flexible, so I can work around anything to meet your needs. I can assure you that your animals will be well loved during your absence. All my animals (even my fish) are deeply spoiled and I would love to spoil your animals to.
