I have an 10 year old Japanese Chin/Chihuahua mix who gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. He has anxiety when I leave him so I know the care to give your dog if they suffer from separation anxiety. I grew up with dogs and and love being around them. I will walk, interact and play with your dog as well as send pictures and updates of your dogs stay to make you more comfortable while you are away. I have two kids ages 15 and 18 who grew up with my dog and they love dogs as much as I do so your dog is sure to get lots of love and attention. I’m just a call away if you need me.

My wife and I were absolutely grateful to Christine for taking such great care of our dog Minnie while we were on vacation. She kept us updated with photos and made Minnie part of her family instantly. We felt very comfortable leaving Minnie with Christine and can't thank her enough. She's the best!!!

Our puppy Thatcher loves staying with Christine. We joke that he has another family. Christine takes very good care of him. We love the updates and pictures she sends us and loves that she loves Thatcher as much as we do. When we pick Thacther up he’s a little sad for at least the next day that says a lot about his time with Christine and her family.

I have a fenced in back yard to let the dogs roam around while supervised without having to be on a leash. I can also crate your dog if needed but not necessary.

Does your dog get along well with children and other dogs? If your dog is aggressive or has behavioral issues (chews on furniture/shoes, scratches on objects in home, etc) please let me know ahead of time so that we can discuss options.
A typical day
Your dog will be stimulated physically and mentally during their stay. I like to play fetch, tug of war or just give belly rubs when needed. They will also go on multiple walks per day (weather permitting) and maybe even take a ride to a local park.

I recently began working full time so i am no longer available to dog sit during the week unless your dog is okay being left alone during the day, otherwise, I’m only available to dog sit on weekends.I am available Friday after 5pm until Monday 7 am. I may also be available on holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. During that time, your dog is sure to get plenty of attention and exercise and potty breaks depending on your dogs needs.
