We both have cared for cats and dogs of all ages, have been foster parents in partnership with the Delaware Humane Society, have adopted our sweet girl Ruby in 2020, and have been Rover sitters for 2+ years . I work from home during the week and am available for frequent communication and photos during your babies’ stay. My schedule is flexible to accommodate your babies’ needs including frequent potty breaks, walks by the lake, and most importantly, cuddles and supervision throughout the day. Michael and I are both very active so would also love to take your babies out for a run if that’s something they would enjoy! I am also a licensed nurse, so if your babies have particular dietary or medical needs during their stay, they are in good hands. We currently share our home with our Ruby, a 40lb, 3 year old, female border collie/ pointer mix who believes first and foremost that ball is life. She has a sweet and gentle temperament and is well-socialized with dogs of all ages. Safety is our top priority, so while Ruby would love to keep your babies company, we do have plenty of room here at daycare to give everyone their own space if needed. Ruby loves having her Rover friends over to play, and would love to welcome your babies as new friends. We would love to host you for a meet and greet to introduce the babies and allow you to get a feel for the environment in which they’ll be staying. Feel free to reach out any time!
