As discussed with Christine on my return day, I submitted a complaint to rover as she put my pets in danger by visiting them barely when she wanted to when the initial deal was 3 times a day. I have 3 pets (1 dog and 2 cats) and spent a week away from my place and it was the first time that I asked someone to take care of my pets, because of this experience, I might never use this website again. I am not someone crazy about pets as you can see on some tv shows, I know where belong an animal and what treatment they deserved. I found my apartment full of pee and poop with a smell that sticked for 2 days. Christine had a todo list on which she agreed on without any specific concern, she just ignored it and took the money. I will recommend Christine if you want to ruined your apartment and put your pet in trouble. I am looking forward on how rover will handle this situation, I have expectations. Peace.
