Thank you for visiting! My name is Christine and I am professional pet care provider. I have been providing outstanding service in Erie and Central FL full time for the past 6 years. I am certified in pet CPR and First Aid, a PSA member and INSURED, was a volunteer for the SPCA of central FL and involved in a "Jog a Dog" program. I have cared for dogs small to large, young and old. I have experience with diabetic dogs and am trained and comfortable with insulin injections. I have also cared for dogs that are blind, deaf, those with cancer, have 3 legs and have a lot of senior dog experience-I currently own 3 seniors. My job duties include but are not limited to pet waste clean-up, feeding, walking/running, administering medications, refreshing water every visit, a text or email after each visit, visit notes left after every visit, securing a home before leaving, mail/newspaper retrieval, watering plants and most important TLC for your beloved pet. I have 3 dogs myself - two Labrador Retrievers and a Beagle. My 6 years of experience includes actual on the job experience. I do not count family pets growing up or taking care of friends pets as part of my background. If my schedule is marked unavailable it is because I am fully booked with dog walks and drop in visits. Interesting tidbits: I am a Penn State graduate, class of 2000, I am a marathon runner, non-drinker, non-smoker. Keeping an open line of communication is very important to me! Choosing a pet sitter isn't an easy decision. One should of course have a love for animals but must also be experienced. A few things a pet owner may want to consider when making that important decision are: -is the sitter certified in Pet CPR and First AID -is the sitter a PSA member, most importantly are they insured -how many years experience does the sitter have -does the sitter ask the right questions to make you at ease -is this a profession or just a hobby for the sitter My service area is the west side of Erie, Millcreek and Fairview. REQUIREMENTS -Your pets must be up to date on all vaccinations for the safety of your pets, my pets and especially puppies. -I insist that your pets are flea free -Your pets have no prior history of aggression towards people. This includes nipping or biting. Puppies are the exception. -If your dog is medium to large in size I require that they be well mannered on a leash. Insurance info, references and background check will be given at a meet and greet. I do not charge extra or double if you have multiple pets. Thanks for your consideration!
