I had such a truly nice experience with Christine petsitting! I'm very new to Starkville, and it is definitely a little daunting to try to find someone to take care of your home and pets in a new city. I must say that my experience with Rover overall was wonderful: it was very easy to use and the few times I had questions, customer service was thorough and prompt. And, Christine herself was just wonderful! I felt immediately reassured upon talking to her and then meeting her, and I knew that everyone would be in good hands. When we went over the routine, she paid very careful attention, asking me excellent questions that I now have added to the overall written protocol. She quickly grasped what I think is a pretty complicated routine. The entire time petsitting she was in good touch, and I could tell upon our return that she was very diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented. It was clear that the animals all had excellent care, and they also seemed happy/well-adjusted (almost like we hadn't been gone!). We had a truly wonderful experience with Rover and, specifically, with Christine!
