Dog lover offering boarding

Pet care experience

I've always been a dog lover, having had a Jack Russell as a child, and looking after my brother's Springador for annual holiday visits. I regularly walk dogs for the Cinnamon Trust and for friends. Until now, I've always worked full time so haven't been able to get my own dog, but with the current situation, I am at home most of the time, and therefore able to board dogs, and I think it will be great to have their company and offer them company while you're away. I always get on well with dogs, and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. As I live in a flat, it's better suited to small or medium dogs. I do have a small garden, so the dog can get frequent toilet breaks between walks. If you have two small dogs who get on well with each other, I would consider hosting both. Otherwise, I host just one dog at a time, so you know that they will get my undivided attention. Before your dog comes to stay, get in touch so that we can set up a meet-and-greet.

Christine is an extremely responsible dog sitter and shows great love and care for our little one. She's more than happy to take her for walks, play in the park, and she provides a safe, cozy and welcoming environment at home. She also sends us updates and photos along the day. Our Coco is always over the moon to see her.

Christine is so very enthusiastic about dogs, I don't think I know anyone more enthusiastic! She very kindly takes our dog Angus for walks when life gets a bit busy and he is always so enthusiastic to see her! She always carries treats and is kind and loving towards him, while ensuring that he is polite (sitting before getting a treat). I have never had any reservations about leaving Angus with Christine and I know that both she and Angus enjoy their time together immensely!

I have known Christine nearly all my life and can wholeheartedly say that you could not leave your doggie in better hands! Over the last ten years, Christine has taken a huge and active interest in my beloved spaniel and she is very much thought of by him as being in his 'inner circle' of most favourite humans. Even before this, Christine and I used to enjoy fantastic walks and company with the assistance dogs in training that I used to have staying with me at weekends. Aside from our shared love of dogs, I can say that Christine is an exceptionally reliable, trustworthy and loyal person and takes every care and diligence in her responsibilities. In fact, every practical consideration will always be thought of, so you can be sure that every possible need that your doggie may have will be thought of in advance. Christine has already had a lot of experience with different types of dogs and has given a lot of her time to a charitable organisation that supports vulnerable people with caring for and walking their four legged friends. I wish her every deserved success in her pursuit of spending as much time with dogs as possible!

Christine clearly loves dogs. She always likes to interact with them when she sees them in a park, and has walked dogs for friends and others when they have been unable to for years now. She has had our dog, Phoebe, to stay with her for a week or so on two occasions now. Phoebe is a bit of a nervous dog with other people, but she seemed calm and happy when we picked her up, and there were no issues while she stayed with her. I can imagine that any dogs staying with Christine will get all the attention and care they need while they are with her. Her flat is clean and spacious; ideal for a pet.
