Dogs are always happy to see you, ready to love and be loved. I love their barks, wagging tails, and wet noses. Snuggling, playing, kissing, rolling in the grass...I love every aspect of dogs, and each unique personality. I’ve always gotten along with them well, and I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like! Dog-sitting gives me an abundance of one-on-one time with wonderful, lovable pups. I have over 15 years experience caring for dogs, including the three amazing dogs I have currently. Volunteering at the Humane Society is one of the ways I’ve shared my love for dogs: I helped rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need. I also owned a small mobile grooming business for owners who were disabled or home-bound. Helping both dogs and owners with their challenges has always appealed to me--which might be why I love dog-sitting so much! Hiking, exploring local parks, and visiting farmer’s markets are some of my favorite dog-friendly activities. My dogs and I spend lots of time outdoors. I’m playful, loving, and highly attentive toward the dogs in my care. I’m always trying to find a fun game or an interesting activity to pass the time. I have experience caring for other pets, including cats, birds, pigs, chickens, horses, cows, and fish. I love that every different animal has their own personality and getting to know them is always a great experience. Getting to spend time and playing with all sorts of different dogs, and meeting new pet parents!
