30+ years of animal handling experience gives me a great connection to the pets I take care of. Special needs, special circumstances, elderly, or temperamental they all deserve to be well-treated with love, compassion, understanding and patience. Pets are given regular attention, exercise. Food, favorite bed or blanket, treats and toys are provided by the owner so there is no transition to a different food and there is a familiarity with items that reduces stress. My 6+acre property is completely fenced and safe. I've been taking care of animals pretty much all my life and have rescued many that weren't expected to make it but did with my care. All of these are here with me when you bring your pet to stay with me.
