Have grown up with pets and started a neighborhood pet sitting business when I was 12 😌🐶 Now living in a house in a pet friendly neighborhood. Our home has a fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play! We have two healers (male and female), male is not neutered yet, just waiting for the appointment. Our home is a split-level, so we are able to separate the dogs if needed without minimizing their room to roam around and play. I am currently between jobs, and my roommate’s schedule is flexible, so we are available anytime throughout the week! Open to regularly scheduling with some for of flexibility in mind. As I said in my previous paragraph - our home is in a nice, pet friendly neighborhood in Urbandale. We have a fully fenced in yard with lots of room for dogs to run and play! Our home is also a split-level, so we are able to separate pets from each other if need be.

Christine just loves dogs, cats, and other pets! This is interesting considering that she was terrified of dogs when she was young! She enjoys caring for them, loving on them, teaching them, and having them around. She worked hard this summer to find the right apartment/home to accommodate her roommate that has 2 dogs and 2 cats. Christine would enjoy the opportunity to give love and care to your dog!
I've known Christine all her life. I'm her Dad. If you can believe this, growing up she was afraid of dogs! Her roommate has 2 dogs. One has a physical handicap and the other is energetic. Her roommate travels a fair deal and Christine "dogsits" then. The dogs love her! Christine is very attentive to their needs, keeps an eye out for them on their walks together. She provides positive discipline if it's necessary. (and having a dog, you know this happens! :)). Christine is well suited to watch/walk your dog. I trust her implicitly with my pets so I feel strongly that your "family members" are safe with her. Scott B.

We have no preference on breed! Before staying at our home, we would like to know: How does your dog get along with other dogs? How does your dog get along with cats? Any special diets we need to be aware of? Is the dog house broken and/or crate trained? For a female dog: Are they spayed? Is there any certain thing that will spook them that’s out of the norm? Are they likely to chew on stuff other than toys?
A typical day
Our home is placed around nice, friendly neighborhoods where we can walk/run with the dogs. If owner is flexible and allows, we can take them to Racoon River and Saylorville Lake when it’s nice out! We have a nice big fenced in yard where my roommate and I can play tug of war, fetch, wrestle and more ??
